Miss. Code Ann. § 65-3-71.365: Miss. Code Ann. § 65-3-71.365

(1) The bridge on Liberty Road in Adams County, Mississippi, that is currently referred to as the St. Catherine's Creek Bridge, is designated as the “James Carter Memorial Bridge” in memory of the late Adams County Supervisor James Carter.

(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of road described in subsection (1) of this section.
