Miss. Code Ann. § 65-3-71.380: Miss. Code Ann. § 65-3-71.380

(1) The segment of Mississippi Highway 446 located in Bolivar County, Mississippi, extending for a distance of approximately one (1) mile in the easterly direction from its point of intersection with Shaw-Skene Road to its point of intersection with Gilbert Road, is designated and shall be known as the “H.M. ‘Mack’ Grimmett Memorial Highway.”

(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the segment of highway described in subsection (1) of this section.
