If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or provision of Chapter 450, Laws of 1990, 1 shall become invalid by order of any court of competent jurisdiction, the same shall not affect the validity of any other section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or provision thereof.
