The Hinds County Circuit Clerk shall enter the names or identifying numbers of all qualified electors in Hinds County when selecting a jury for any hearing, trial or cause of action that comes before any of the four (4) temporary special circuit judges authorized by Section 9-7-26 for the Seventh Circuit Court District.
