10-1-303: Extension of terms of service.

If an emergency is declared by the president, congress, the governor, or the legislature, the governor may by proclamation, in accordance with federal and state law and regulation, extend the enlistment of an enlisted member of the organized militia until 6 months after the termination of that emergency.
