10-2-602: Rulemaking authority.

The board shall adopt rules to administer the state veterans' cemetery program and to provide criteria for determining who may be buried in a state veterans' cemetery. The criteria must include but are not limited to discharge status and length of service. The rules must be adopted in accordance with the Montana Administrative Procedure Act provided for in Title 2, chapter 4.
