10-3-605: Filling vacancy for city or town executive.

If the executive head of any city or town is unavailable following an enemy attack to exercise the powers and discharge the duties of office, then those members of the city or town council or commission available shall, by majority vote, choose a successor to act as the executive head of the city or town.
