10-4-305: Distribution of 9-1-1 systems account by department.

(1) The department shall allocate and distribute the total quarterly balance of the account provided for in 10-4-304(2)(a) to local and tribal government entities that host public safety answering points based on rules adopted by the department in accordance with 10-4-108(3).

(2) The department shall update the rules establishing the quarterly allocation and distribution provided for in subsection (1) and allocate and distribute the quarterly balance as set forth in the rules.
