15-6-235: New property tax exemptions -- department notification to local governments.

The department shall notify the county treasurer by written or electronic means when it makes a determination that previously taxable property within a county qualifies for a property tax exemption. The department may provide additional notification to a taxing authority that requests notification from the department.
