15-70-104: Rules to be established by department.

(1) The department of transportation shall adopt, publish, and enforce the rules consistent with and necessary for carrying out the provisions of this chapter.

(2) The department may prescribe, adopt, and enforce reasonable rules relating to the administration and enforcement of parts 4 and 7 and the International Fuel Tax Agreement authorized by 15-70-121.
