15-70-412: Invoice of distributors and aviation fuel dealers.

Each distributor and aviation fuel dealer in this state shall at the time of delivery, except when authorized by the department of transportation, issue to the purchaser an invoice that states the number of gallons of gasoline or special fuel covered by the invoice and any other information the department may require.
