16-10-104: Powers of department.

(1) In addition to the penalties and rights imposed and set forth in 16-10-402, the department shall enforce the provisions of this chapter.

(2) The department has the power to adopt, amend, and repeal rules necessary to enforce and administer the provisions of this chapter.
