16-6-109: Unlawful for carrier to refuse inspection of records.

Every railway company, express company, or common carrier and every officer or employee of a company or common carrier who neglects or refuses to produce and submit for inspection any book, record, or document referred to in 16-6-108 when requested to do so by the department or the department of justice or by a person appointed by either department is guilty of an offense against this code.
