17-4-109: Debts not collectible under this part.

This part does not apply to unliquidated debts and to debts owed to a state agency for which a procedure for compromise, release, discharge, waiver, cancellation or other form of settlement thereof for reasons other than uncollectibility is by law made specifically applicable to such state agency.
