19-1-822: Referendum -- institution of higher education.

On request of the president of an institution, the governor shall direct the department to give notice of and supervise a referendum in the retirement system for that institution in compliance with the requirements prescribed by section 218 of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. 418.
