19-13-115: Firefighter's association to advise board.

The Montana state firefighter's association shall serve as an advisor to the board and may meet quarterly with the board to discuss matters relating to the administration of this chapter. The association may review all medical and legal information available to the board relating to service, disability, and survivorship benefits of an individual member upon a written release of the member or the member's survivor.
