2-15-1744: Board of behavioral health.

(1) In accordance with 37-1-123, there is a board of behavioral health.

(2) The board consists of 11 members:

(a) three clinical social workers;

(b) three professional counselors;

(c) two addiction counselors;

(d) one certified behavioral peer support specialist;

(e) one marriage and family therapist; and

(f) one public member.

(3) The board is allocated to the department as provided in 2-15-121.
