2-15-1756: Board of public accountants.

(1) In accordance with 37-1-123, there is a board of public accountants.

(2) The board consists of five members:

(a) four certified public accountants; and

(b) one public member.

(3) The board is allocated to the department of labor and industry as prescribed in 2-15-121, except that the provisions of 2-15-121(2)(b) do not apply.
