20-15-107: Lease or sale of district property.

- Part 1. General Provisions
Whenever a district has property that is not required for the use of the district, such property may be leased or sold and conveyed to the community college district. Such lease or sale of property shall be consummated in accordance with the provisions of the law of Montana.
