20-25-1003: Motorcycle safety promotion.

In cooperation with other state, local government, and private agencies, the department of justice and the board of regents are encouraged to promote safety and awareness in the use and operation of motorcycles through action appropriate to the agencies' purposes and goals, including advertising and encouraging both publicly and privately offered motorcycle safety training.
