20-6-607: Leasing district property and disposition of any rentals.

The trustees of a district may rent or lease any buildings, land, facilities, or personal property of the district under the terms specified by the trustees. Any money collected for the rental or lease may, in the discretion of the trustees, be used for any proper school purpose and deposited in any fund as the trustees consider appropriate.
