20-7-606: Doing business without textbook dealer's license -- penalty.

A textbook dealer who sells or offers for sale or adoption a textbook to any district or county superintendent without first obtaining a textbook license from the superintendent of public instruction shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon conviction of the misdemeanor, the person shall be fined not less than $500 or more than $2,000.
