22-3-522: Uniform Unclaimed Property Act superseded.

The provisions of this part supersede the provisions of Title 70, chapter 9, except that at its option, a museum may report property that has been on loan unclaimed by its owner for more than 5 years to the department of revenue for disposition as provided in Title 70, chapter 9.
