23-2-528: Transmittal of information to U.S. officials.

In accordance with any request duly made by an authorized official or agency of the United States, any information compiled or otherwise available to the department pursuant to subsections (2) and (3) of 23-2-527, as amended, shall be transmitted to such official or agency of the United States.
