23-2-622: Registration of racing snowmobile not required.

A snowmobile built or used exclusively for racing in sanctioned competitive events or organized races, including testing areas designated by the sponsoring entity, is exempt from the certificate of title requirements of 61-3-216 through 61-3-222 and registration under 23-2-616 or 61-3-224.
