25-10-402: No charge for copies furnished by party.

In all cases in which copies of pleadings, affidavits, or other papers are to be served, the sheriff or clerk may not charge or receive a fee for making the copies when the copies are furnished to the sheriff or clerk by the party to the action or the party's attorney.
