25-13-703: Postponement of sale.

Good cause therefor appearing, the officer holding the execution may postpone any sale noticed thereunder for a period not exceeding 15 days, by public proclamation at the time and place fixed in the notice of sale and by posting a notice in three public places in the township where the property has previously been noticed to be sold.
