25-14-302: Notice of application for discharge.

A person referred to in 25-14-301 shall cause a written notice to be given to the plaintiff or the plaintiff's agent or attorney that at a certain time and place the person will apply to a judge of the district court of the county in which the person may be confined for the purpose of obtaining a discharge from imprisonment.
