25-5-204: Joinder of state as defendant in actions affecting title to property.

In any action or proceeding brought in any district court of the state affecting the title to real or personal property in which the state has or claims to have an interest or claim, the state may be made a party defendant to such action or proceeding and its rights or interests adjudicated.
