- Part 6. Abolition of Certain Causes of Action
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this part is punishable upon conviction therefor by a fine of not less than $100 or more than $1,000 or imprisonment for a term of not less than 1 year or more than 5 years, in the discretion of the court.
