27-12-201: Appointment, term, and salary of director.

The executive director of the Montana chiropractic association shall appoint the director of the panel, subject to the approval of the chief justice of the Montana supreme court. The director shall serve at the pleasure of and the director's salary must be set by the executive director of the Montana chiropractic association, subject to the approval of the chief justice.
