3-5-214: Certification and filing of expense claim.

As soon as a district court judge's services in connection with the trial, hearing, or conference referred to in 3-5-213 are concluded, the judge shall certify in detail the judge's actual and necessary travel expenses as specified in 3-5-213 and shall file the claim with the state to be processed as provided by law.
