30-10-907: Fines and fees -- deposit to general fund.

All fines and fees received by the state auditor pursuant to this part must be deposited in the general fund. If, in any year, the fines and fees do not cover the cost of administering this part, the state auditor may increase the fees by rule to the extent necessary to cover the expected costs of administering this part for the following year.
