30-14-1602: Telephone solicitation of residential subscribers on no-call list prohibited.

A person or entity may not make or cause to be made any telephone solicitation to the telephone line of any residential subscriber in this state who has given notice to the department, in accordance with rules promulgated pursuant to 30-14-1603, of the residential subscriber's objection to receiving telephone solicitations.
