It is the intent of the legislature that in construing 30-14-901 and 30-14-902, due consideration and weight be given to the interpretations of the federal trade commission and the federal courts relating to the provisions of the federal Robinson-Patman Antidiscrimination Act regarding discrimination in price that are codified in 15 U.S.C. 13(b) and (c).
