32-7-116: Statement of account.

A licensee shall provide a full statement of an escrow account established under an escrow agreement within 14 days of a written request made by a party to the escrow agreement. The statement must state:

(1) credits to principal;

(2) interest earned for the period; and

(3) other information requested.
