33-15-513: Exemption from execution of proceeds of disability insurance.

The proceeds or other payments of all contracts of disability insurance and of provisions providing benefits on account of the insured's disability that are supplemental to life insurance or annuity contracts are exempt from all liability for any debt of the insured and from any debt of the beneficiary existing at the time the proceeds are made available for the insured's use.
