33-2-704: Insured lives reporting requirement.

On or before March 1 of each year, each insurer providing disability insurance shall, on a form prescribed by the commissioner, report the number of Montana residents insured on February 1 under any policy of individual or group disability insurance, including excess of loss or stop-loss insurance policies covering disability insurance.
