- Part 1. General Provisions
This chapter shall apply only to domestic stock insurers and domestic mutual insurers transacting or proposing to transact insurance on the cash premium or legal reserve plan, except that 33-3-414(2) and 33-3-503 shall also apply to foreign and alien insurers.
