- Part 1. General Provisions
This chapter applies to all health carriers that offer managed care plans. This chapter does not exempt a health carrier from the applicable requirements of federal law when providing a managed care plan to medicare recipients or from the applicable requirements of federal law or Title 53, chapter 6, when providing a managed care plan to medicaid recipients.
