35-10-723: Evidentiary effect of certificates and documents of secretary of state.

All certificates issued by the secretary of state in accordance with the provisions of this part and all copies of documents filed in the office of the secretary of state in accordance with the provisions of this part when certified by the secretary of state must be taken and received in all courts, public offices, and official bodies as prima facie evidence of the facts stated in the certificates or documents.
