35-14-501: Registered office and agent -- domestic and registered foreign corporations.

(1) Each corporation shall continuously maintain in this state a registered office and a registered agent in compliance with Title 35, chapter 7.

(2) As used in this part, "corporation" means both a domestic corporation and a registered foreign corporation.
