- Part 1. General
The legislature hereby reserves the power to prescribe such regulations and provisions governing any and all associations incorporated under this chapter as it may deem advisable. Such regulations and provisions shall be binding on associations incorporated at the time such regulations may be made, as well as on those thereafter incorporated.
