35-16-103: Order of district court final -- appeal.

Whenever under the provisions hereof any application is permitted to be made to the district court or appeal allowed thereto, the action of the district court upon such application or appeal shall be final unless appealed from in accordance with Title 25 within 60 days from and after the date of the entry of the order or judgment.
