37-16-202: Powers and duties -- licensed hearing aid dispenser program.

The department may:

(1) adopt rules necessary to carry out this chapter;

(2) require the periodic inspection and calibration of audiometric testing equipment; and

(3) adopt minimum requirements for the form of bills of sale and receipts.
