37-16-401: License required -- exception.

Except as provided in 37-16-103, a person may not engage in selling, dispensing, or fitting hearing aids or display a sign or in any other way advertise the selling, dispensing, or fitting of hearing aids in Montana unless the person holds a current license issued by the department.
