37-2-610: (Temporary) Rulemaking.

The department shall adopt rules to carry out the purposes of 37-2-603, including but not limited to:

(1) training and testing requirements for pediatric complex care assistants;

(2) application fees; and

(3) pediatric complex care assistant scope of practice. (Terminates June 30, 2031--sec. 10, Ch. 628, L. 2023.)
