37-3-802: Purpose -- establishment of program.

The purposes of this part are to:

(1) provide outpatient care to eligible individuals by physicians at affordable prices;

(2) keep the elderly or infirm in their homes longer; and

(3) provide home health care visits for patients who have difficulty in traveling.
