37-50-205: Duties of department.

The department shall:

(1) assist the board in transactions of its business and keep a record of the board's official action;

(2) assess to the board the reasonable costs of the department incurred in assisting the board; and

(3) track the balance of funds in the enterprise fund, provided for in 37-50-209, and inform the board.
