37-54-112: Deposit of fees.

Except as provided in 37-54-105(12), fees collected by the board under this chapter must be deposited in the state special revenue fund for the use of the board, subject to 37-1-101(6), and may be used to pay the compensation of board members and other expenses necessary to administer this chapter.
